Congratulations to the Class of 2026!
Our fourth annual NAHR CPO Academy—designed for heads of HR in PE-backed, VC-backed, high-growth, and start-up companies—was a tremendous success. We are grateful to have wrapped an incredible two-day session with 30 Chief People Officers.
This was a true working session—digging into the realities of scaling human capital in high-growth, high-expectation environments. From aligning talent strategy with investor priorities, to navigating rapid organizational change, to building cultures that can actually sustain performance, the conversations were candid, practical, and deeply relevant.
What stood out most was the willingness of this group to share openly, both the wins and the challenges. That level of transparency is what turns a “master class” into a real learning community.
