We are pleased to announce the eighteenth annual Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) Academy scheduled for October 12-13, 2021, to be held in New York City.
The CHRO Academy was established by the NAHR Foundation for HR executives holding their first "Top HR" job, and have been in the role for three years or less. The CHRO Academy has been created by the National Academy of Human Resources to aid in the assimilation and development of recently appointed heads of HR who are in their first CHRO role. This unique program is an intensive, focused, and actionable session for first time Chief HR Officers. It is designed as a place where top HR leaders can meet in neutral territory and share knowledge and ideas with some of the most distinguished and accomplished human resources leaders in the world – the Fellows of the NAHR. Additionally, the CHRO Academy provides an opportunity to gain the perspective of boards and a CEO regarding the expectations for the CHRO. Our participants come from mid-size to very large corporations, including public, private, and PE owned firms, as well as government and non-profit organizations. The CHRO Academy is designed for, and attendance is limited to, those HR executives holding the top-most HR position in the organization.
