Grand Sponsors
Three to four organizations are selected each year by the Board of Directors to serve as Grand Sponsors at the NAHR Annual Dinner and Installation Ceremony. The Grand Sponsors are recognized in several ways at the annual dinner, including large signs listing the three Grand Sponsors placed at the entrance to the receptions and the dinner. The Grand Sponsors are also listed prominently in the dinner program. The NAHR Chair, in their opening remarks, identifies the Grand Sponsors and introduces the representatives of each sponsoring organization by name. Grand Sponsors will have special name badges listing name, organization and that the bearer represents one of the Grand Sponsors. Grand Sponsors are assigned five seats at the dinner.
The Grand Sponsorship agreement is $25,000 per year with a two year agreement. Organizations are asked to take a one year hiatus after their two year commitment is fulfilled, after the hiatus they are welcome to become a Grand Sponsor again.

We are pleased to announce the nineteenth annual Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) Academy scheduled for October 13-14, 2021 to be held in New York City.
The CHRO Academy was established by the NAHR Foundation for HR executives holding their first "Top HR" job, and have been in the role for three years or less. The CHRO Academy has been created by the National Academy of Human Resources to aid in the assimilation and development of recently appointed heads of HR who are in their first CHRO role. This unique program is an intensive, focused, and actionable session for first time Chief HR Officers. It is designed as a place where top HR leaders can meet in neutral territory and share knowledge and ideas with some of the most distinguished and accomplished human resources leaders in the world – the Fellows of the NAHR. Additionally, the CHRO Academy provides an opportunity to gain the perspective of boards and a CEO regarding the expectations for the CHRO. Our participants come from mid-size to very large corporations, including public, private, and PE owned firms, as well as government and non-profit organizations. The CHRO Academy is designed for, and attendance is limited to, those HR executives holding the top-most HR position in the organization.
