The Chief People Officer Academy (CPO Academy) helps CPOs in high-growth companies learn how to deliver effective people strategy and bring better overall clarity to the organization and its mission. It is designed for the individual in the senior most HR position in the company and participants come from organizations that are private equity owned, privately held, and/or high-growth start-up companies.
Through an engaging, interactive forum, participants gain valuable insights into best practices for shaping the people strategy in early to mid-stage companies. The Academy fosters a collaborative environment where CPOs can network, exchange ideas, and learn from peers who face comparable obstacles and opportunities.
Tuition: $1,500, which includes access to seminars, meals (including two organized dinners), and networking opportunities. Participants are responsible for booking their own accommodations via a discounted NAHR room block at a nearby hotel.
