Grand Sponsors
Four to five organizations are selected each year by the Board of Directors to serve as Grand Sponsors at the NAHR Annual Dinner and Installation Ceremony. The Grand Sponsors are recognized in several ways at the annual dinner, including large signs listing the three Grand Sponsors placed at the entrance to the receptions and the dinner. The Grand Sponsors are also listed prominently in the dinner program. The NAHR Chair, in their opening remarks, identifies the Grand Sponsors and introduces the representatives of each sponsoring organization by name. Grand Sponsors will have special name badges listing name, organization and that the bearer represents one of the Grand Sponsors. Grand Sponsors are assigned five seats at the dinner.
The Grand Sponsorship agreement is $25,000 per year with a two year agreement. Organizations are asked to take a one year hiatus after their two year commitment is fulfilled, after the hiatus they are welcome to become a Grand Sponsor again.

National Academy of Human Resources Chief People Officer Academy
The Chief People Officer Academy (CPO Academy) helps CPOs in high-growth companies learn how to deliver effective people strategy and bring better overall clarity to the organization and its mission. It is designed for the individual in the senior most HR position in the company and participants come from organizations that are private equity owned, privately held, and/or high-growth start-up companies.
Through an engaging, interactive forum, participants gain valuable insights into best practices for shaping the people strategy in early to mid-stage companies. The Academy fosters a collaborative environment where CPOs can network, exchange ideas, and learn from peers who face comparable obstacles and opportunities.
Tuition: $1,000, which includes access to seminars, meals (including two organized dinners), and networking opportunities. Participants are responsible for booking their own accommodations via a discounted NAHR room block at a nearby hotel.
